Winslow is an international trainer, coach and facilitator who has been assisting corporations in various aspects of communication for nearly twenty years. In 1983 she founded Executive Communications originally to help
corporate clients improve their presentation skills and media interactions. Today, Kraemer and her associates also provide leadership, team learning, effective meetings and dialogue training as well as
interpersonal communications and conflict resolution/prevention seminars. Kraemer is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Golden Gate University where she teaches in the M.B.A. Program. She holds
